About

Rachael S Zoller (she/her) is a Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2012. She began her career at Hillside Children’s Center, where she spent five years working closely with adolescents in residential care and supporting their families through complex challenges. This experience shaped her deep respect for the importance of relationships and the many systems that influence healing and growth.

Over the past nine years, she has worked in integrated care settings with a focus on mental health for people who receive Ob/Gyn care across the lifespan. She takes a collaborative, compassionate, and systemic approach to therapy, working with individuals, couples, and families to create meaningful and lasting change. She has additional training and expertise in DBT, TF-CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Perinatal Mental Health.  Rachael brings a strong commitment to a Health at Every Size–aligned perspective in her work. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples navigating perinatal experiences, including infertility, sexual health concerns, perinatal mood and anxiety concerns, adjustment to parenting, and perinatal loss and bereavement.
